Before you request deletion
Deleting your DairyTrack account is permanent and may affect other authorized users of the same business. Export any records you need and coordinate with the business owner before submitting a request.
How to submit a deletion request
This public page is available without signing in. You can start a request by email:
- Email hello@zamidev.com with the subject DairyTrack Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address registered to the account, your name, the business name, and a clear statement that you want the account deleted. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
- We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority over the account before acting on the request.
In-app method: open the navigation drawer, tap Contact support, and request account deletion through WhatsApp.
What is deleted or anonymized
After a verified request, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, unless it must be retained for the reasons described below. This may include:
- Account profile, authentication data, settings, permissions, and notification tokens;
- Business, staff, customer, supplier, and delivery information tied to the account or business;
- Animal photos and feeding, milking, breeding, pregnancy, and herd-management records;
- Billing, expense, salary, arrears, and other user-entered business records; and
- App-generated operational information linked to the account.
If you are a staff member rather than the business owner, deleting your user account may remove your access and personal profile without deleting records owned by the business or needed by its other authorized users.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal or regulatory compliance, resolving disputes, or enforcing agreements. This may include Google Play subscription and transaction records. We retain such information only for as long as needed for those purposes and restrict its use accordingly.
Cached information on your device may remain until you sign out, clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or the application otherwise removes it.
What happens next
- We review the request and may contact you for identity or authority verification.
- Once deletion is completed, the deleted account can no longer be used to sign in and deleted information cannot be restored through the app.
- Deleting a DairyTrack account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play.
